Wow. What an honor… please hold your applause. I know you all have so many questions to ask about my brilliance, but let’s save those until the end. Thank you all for tagging along with me through my 6 week journey.
Many people look at my story and see the similarities between me and Jesus Christ himself. He went without food and water in the desert for 40 day and 40 nights, I went without a fantasy football win for 42 days and nights (which makes me tougher tbh). Jesus was tempted by Satan in the desert, trying to get him to use his divine powers to save himself. I was tempted by Satan to drop all my players and leave the league. Could I be the second coming of Christ? I don’t know, maybe. I am playing someone who’s name is “The Chosen One” this week, so there’s some food for thought.
Game of the Week
Jacob (Chicken Gordon Bleu) |90.32| vs Griffin (Saquon My Nuts) |89.90| — A shootout for the ages, this had to be one of the best games of the fantasy season. Jacob, lead behind a historic 4.62 point performance by Gardner Minshew was able to edge out a Peyton Barber 2.80 point attack by Griffin. Arguably two of the best teams in the league, it will be fun to see these two butt heads come playoff time.
Game of the Weak
Kramer (Underrated) |159.40| vs Berenson (The Grand Wizard) |152.80| — Just as expected, two of the lowest scoring teams played an absolutely pitiful game this week. Low scorers, bad managers, racist team names? This is a disgrace to the CFFL, and should be reported to the commissioner.
